From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by how clean and beautiful the property was! Our 4-bedroom suite felt like a true home with a gorgeous kitchen and cozy vibes. The outdoor pool was such a treat, and I loved exploring the lovely grounds filled with fountains and friendly wildlife!

The food is outstanding and appetising.

Beautifully maintained and romantic room with a pleasant view on the lake from the window. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Excellent, stunning location outside of that everything was exceptional.

The grounds are stunning, with beautiful landscaping and a lovely adult pool area. the general pool was overcrowded. I appreciated the quality and value of the grill food and was pleasantly surprised by the on-site coffee house. The spacious two-bedroom units offer ample room, but they are overdue for an update. A fantastic balcony and sunroom with plenty of outdoor furniture added to the experience. Staff interactions need improvement. Persistent issues like long check-in times and unprofessional reception were disappointing. Maintenance shortcomings like the unit's odor and cleanliness left much to be desired. The potential is clear, but it requires significant fine-tuning to meet expectations. There’s a potential for a great stay; it just needs the right adjustments.

The indoor pool was a splash-tastic hit for my kids! We enjoyed BBQ nights on the sun terrace, soaking up the vibes. The friendly staff made every moment feel special and inviting!

The area and location of the property is really great. The pool area is very beautiful and invites you to linger.

The room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of space for my family with two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided the right amount of support for a good night's sleep. Temperature control was efficient, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The living room, complemented by a fireplace, added a cozy touch. there were some maintenance issues, like the carpet seam coming undone and a leaky A/C. Noise levels were mostly acceptable, allowing for peaceful relaxation when needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs.

Nice interior. Great room layout in the suite with 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, both very spacious. Great facilities with washing machine etc. Very nice and - if not by the pool - super quiet and well-kept ambience. Parking directly at the apartment

Poor wifi reception (nowhere worse during our US trip). Very long check in process. Washing machine and dishwasher unacceptably loud.
